1. How do I set up a customer account?

We will gladly send you a credit application
to fill out. Allow 4 weeks for approval following its
return.

2. Are there Minimum Orders?

For wholesale orders there is a $50.00
minimum. If your order falls below our $50 minimum, please

3. What are your Payment Terms?
|

With Credit approval - Net 30. We also
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and C.O.D. orders.
Note:
First order must be paid by
credit card, if not approved for credit terms.

4. How are products shipped?
|
 |
U.S. orders are shipped via UPS ground,
unless a Red, Blue, or Orange label is requested. Orders
over 200 lbs. are shipped by truck - freight collect.

5. Do you support foreign customer
accounts?

Certainly. Our only requirement is that
Payment be made in advance for orders originating outside
the United States. Acceptable methods of payment are by wire
transfer, letter of credit, check in US dollars, Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express.

6. Are volume discounts offered?

Yes. When placing your order, please bring
up this matter with your sales representative.

7. What is your return policy?
|

We do not accept returns without
authorization. All our boxes are labeled to refuse damaged
packages. All shipments are insured. Claims must be made
within 5 days of your order receipt.
