How do I use your website?

A username and password are required to log into our website, if you do not have one you can use the username and password given here. Once logged in you may view our art by category using the menu on the left. You will also be able to download low-resolution JPEGS or create a PDF by adding the art you are interested in into a collection basket on the right. Do you offer Print on demand?

A.D. Lines offers larger-size art printed on a wide format Giclee printer on enhanced matte paper.  Unstretched canvas is also available upon request.

Are there Minimum Orders?

For wholesale orders, there is a $50.00 minimum. If your order falls below our $50 minimum (YOU CAN EITHER PAY A $15 SURCHARGE), or you may contact Fulcrum GalleryPOD Exchange, or to fulfill your order.

What are your Payment Terms?

The first order must be paid for by credit card.  You may, in the meantime, complete a credit application.  Upon receipt of credit references and credit approval, we will offer you Net 30-day terms, initially. Please contact us for an application.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and C.O.D. for all orders.

What is your pricing?

How are products shipped?

If you provide an account with UPS, FedEx, or DHL we can ship via your preferred carrier and method.  Otherwise, U.S. orders are shipped via UPS ground. Orders over 200 lbs. are shipped by truck – freight collect.  We do not have our own carrier.

Do you support foreign customer accounts?

All foreign customer accounts must go through our partner POD Exchange.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns without an authorization. Do not accept packages that appear damaged. If a box is accepted that has visible damages, the box must be held for inspection by the carrier in order for insurance damages to be paid. All shipments are insured. All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.
